What does it cost? +

Safekey charges a small per-transaction fee — a percentage for renters and a percentage for landlords, each tied to the protection and tools that side receives. We’ll walk pilot members through the details before anyone commits.

How does verification work without a credit score? +

Instead of relying on a Canadian credit history, Safekey confirms identity and income directly through secure open banking, then builds a Trust Score from that real-time picture. Newcomers get a fair read from day one.

Is my personal data safe? +

Yes. Data is handled to Canadian privacy standards (PIPEDA) and protected with bank-grade security. You stay in control of what you share.
